All coffee
A small, considered range of single origins. Every coffee is roasted in small batches, then rested before it’s posted, so it arrives ready to brew.

Which grind should I choose?
Whole bean stays freshest, if you have a grinder. If not, choose the way you brew: Espresso for an espresso machine, Filter/V60 for pour-over or a filter machine, Cafetière for a French press, and Moka pot for a stovetop pot. My brew guides have a recipe for each.
What does “Roasted for” mean?
Each coffee is roasted to taste its best a certain way. “Espresso” coffees are lovely black or with milk; “Filter” coffees are lighter and suit pour-over or a cafetière. Some, like the Costa Ricas, work well both ways.
How should I store it?
Keep it sealed in its bag, in a cool, dark cupboard. Not the fridge: the moisture dulls the flavour. It’s at its best in the weeks after roasting, so buy little and often.
When will my order arrive?
I roast every Monday and post every Wednesday. Orders placed by Sunday go into that week’s roast. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days to the UK and 3–5 to Ireland. See delivery for Europe and North America.
How much is delivery?
The UK: £3.95, free on orders over £30. Ireland: €4.60, free on orders over €40. Europe: £9.95. North America and the rest of the world: £23.99.
