My story
I’m Erin. I trained in law, then left it for coffee. Every bag of Little Moments is roasted by me, in small batches, in the Irish countryside.

A flat white in New York.
I was on a trip to New York when I found a little café and ordered a flat white. It had flavours I had never tasted before. I went back about seven times before I flew home.
I tried to buy the beans for my machine at home, but they didn’t ship internationally.
I thought about that cup for years. Then I decided I could do it too. I trained as a roaster in London and New York, and Little Moments began.
Life is all about the little moments. Sometimes we just have to slow down to see them.
A coffee plant takes around five years before its cherries are good enough to harvest. Think of all the little moments it takes to get one cup to you.
That’s why I only roast single origins. I don’t want the coffee to get diminished in a blend.

Roasted here, by me.
Every coffee is roasted by me, in small batches, one coffee at a time.
Coffee isn’t at its best straight out of the roaster. It needs time to rest, so every bag is rested before it’s posted.
Shop coffee
Every coffee is tasted first.
Before a coffee becomes a chapter, I cup it: tasting it side by side with others, spoon by spoon, until I know it’s the one.
Only the coffees I love make it onto the shelf.

Every coffee is a chapter.
Each coffee comes from one farm, and I want you to know whose it is. Chapter One is from Antonio “Toño” María at El Mirador farm, in the Perijá region of Colombia.
Chapter Two is from Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica, where I walked through the coffee trees myself.

Here for the journey.
I’m here to support the journey, not just to sell beans and leave.
When a coffee trailer bought three bags from me, I drove over the next morning to set their grinder.

Moose.
My chow chow, Moose, keeps an eye on everything that leaves the roastery.
He’s the younger brother of my other chow chow, Lola, and the inspiration behind the Little Moments mascot: a dog hugging his cup.

Thank you for being here at the beginning.
