Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you’re buying from

Little Moments Coffee is the trading name of Little Moments Coffee Roaster. You can reach me at info@littlemomentscoffee.com. VAT number 475168170.

Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when I send your order confirmation.
• I may decline or cancel an order, for example if a coffee has sold out or a price was shown in error. If I do, you’ll be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling, or in euros for Ireland, and include VAT.
• Delivery is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout by my payment provider. I never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See delivery for when orders are roasted and posted. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are yours to pay.

The coffee

Coffee is a natural product. Tasting notes describe what I taste and are a guide, not a guarantee. Photographs may differ slightly from the bag you receive.

Trade customers

Wholesale orders are covered by the terms agreed with each trade account, which take priority over these terms.

This website

The words, photographs and designs on this site belong to Little Moments Coffee and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer. Beyond that, my liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
