Life is all about the little moments. Sometimes we just have to slow down to see them.

A coffee plant takes around five years before its cherries are ready to pick. Think of all the little moments in that. It’s why I only roast single origins: I don’t want any of it lost in a blend.

Some moments are shared. Some are just yours. I hope this coffee lingers the way a flat white in New York once did for me.

My story

I’m Erin, the founder of Little Moments Coffee Roasters.

I originally trained in law, but coffee was always the path I couldn’t ignore.

In 2018, a flat white in New York changed my expectations of what coffee could be. Not just something you drink but something you remember.

Since then, I’ve travelled, trained, and built Little Moments from the ground up, with a focus on one thing: single-origin coffee, roasted to let the farm shine.

Every coffee we release is chosen for its clarity, balance and a sense of place. We roast with intention to honour the work behind each harvest, and bring out what makes each origin unique.

Little Moments is about the full journey: from the communities who grow the coffee, to the cafés who serve it, to the quiet moments at home that make every day special.
