I’m here to support the journey, not just to sell beans and leave.

Independent cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries, coffee trailers, offices and family venues, across Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America.
What you get
- Built for milk
- My coffees are chosen and roasted to shine in flat whites and lattes, and still taste great black.
- Dialled in, in person
- I’ll come to you to set up your grinder and get the coffee tasting right on your machine. A coffee trailer bought three bags from me; the next morning I drove over to dial in their grinder.
- Single origins with a story
- Every coffee comes from one farm, with a story your team can share. It starts with Chapter One, from El Mirador farm in Colombia.
- A person, not a portal
- Order online whenever suits you, but you’ll deal directly with me, one of the few female roasters on the island, from first sample to every reorder.
Beyond the beans
- Barista training
- Full barista training for you and your team, at your place: from dialling in the grinder to pouring a flat white you’re proud of.
- Coffee menu development
- Help shaping your coffee menu: which drinks to serve, the recipes behind them, and how to tell your customers about each coffee.
- Equipment, from guidance to full package
- Whether you just want advice on the right espresso machine and grinder, or a full package with everything sourced and set up for you, I’ll help you get the right kit for your space, volume and budget.
