About this coffee
A sweet and balanced Colombian single origin roasted specifically for espresso. Bright notes of green apple and orange, smooth milk chocolate sweetness and a delicate lemongrass complexity. A versatile espresso that is vibrant enough to be enjoyed black, yet beautifully balanced with milk.
A flat white is where my story started, so Chapter One had to be a coffee that’s lovely with milk. This one is lively on its own and beautifully balanced in a flat white.
