I'm Erin, the founder of Little Moments Coffee Roasters. I originally trained in law, but coffee was always the path I couldn't ignore.

Eight years ago, a flat white in New York changed my expectations of what coffee could be. Not just something you drink but something you remember.

Since then, I've travelled, trained, and built Little Moments from the ground up, with a focus on one thing: single-origin coffee, roasted to let the farm shine.

Every coffee we release is chosen for its clarity, balance and a sense of place. We roast with intention to honour the work behind each harvest, and bring out what makes each origin unique.

Little Moments is about the full journey: from the communities who grow the coffee, to the café who serve it, to the quiet moments at home that make everyday special.
